Our safety expectations

At Hargreaves/ Access Services we strive to create a working environment that is, so far as reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to heath. This is done through setting objectives, implementing safe working practices, measuring our performance and ensuring that we maintain a robust safety culture.

It also means that you as our potential or existing Supplier/ Contractor play an important part in our safety programme. On this site you will find useful information to help you to understand our safety requirements.

We have two main sets of rules in place which apply to our employees and all of our contractors. These are the Hargreaves Golden Rules and our Life Saving Rules.

Life Saving Rules

It is important that all employees and subcontractors follow the safety rules. These rules apply to everyone, no matter what their position in the project team.

Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct for Hargreaves (Asia) Suppliers and Third-Party Intermediaries defines the basic requirements placed on Hargreaves (Asia) suppliers and third-party intermediaries concerning their responsibilities towards their stakeholders and the environment. Hargreaves (Asia) reserves the right to reasonably change the requirements of this Code of Conduct and in such event Hargreaves (Asia) expects the supplier to accept such reasonable changes.
